I was fully transparent with the damages to by car to the sales rep I was working with. My KBB description of my car was as accurate as I could have made it. They were FAR more interested in buying my car than I was selling it to them. They called me a million times, and even after I reiterated the damages, they said they were very interested in my car and would be able to offer me more than the KBB estimate. Ask the next question : As in how long will it take if I wait versus do I need to plan for a ride? Do not assume running your car through the wash is a given. They are super quick but may not go the extra mile - I will ask to have them run it through the wash next time.
I usually don't have a problem with them at all. A couple of years of good maintenance. However this time I needed tires along with my oil change. When i went to pick up the truck i noticed the white waxy stuff all around the rim, and the usual car wash was not done. I didn't make much fuss about it until i started wiping the stuff off the tires that i noticed a bunch of scratches on the rim that were somewhat hidden by the waxy substance all around the rim and tire.
