We just purchased a car from Justin, we live in Columbia, MO and after talking to him on the phone we liked him so much we drove 2 hrs to Kanas City Kansas, also Dylan in finance was also great we are excited to have purchased this new car

Good service, but don’t fall for the BG products upsell due to ethanol blended gas. The laminated BG products ethanol scare sheet on the counter is dead wrong. Ethanol blended fuels take out of your fuel system and clean it so you DON’t NEED BG PRODUCT. Ethanol is 113 octane, removes moisture and does exactly opposite of what BG/Bob Allen says. A great experience from start to finish with our salesman, Justin. He was very helpful and a great personality, if he didn't have the answer he would find out for me. The accessory install gentleman as well as Jake that walked us thru all of the contract info. This is the second vehicle I have bought thru Bob Allen Ford and I have never been disappointed. If you want a great experience in buying a vehicle, just ask for Justin. You will not be disappointed.
The repair to my truck was quickly done but they Gouged me on the parts cost charging $50 more than the MRSP and $100 more than you can buy online
