Made the appointment online, showed up on time, no waiting and was done within 1.5 hrs as planned. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Been going to them for years without issues. Fast forward into 2025, they have limited staff and after a few attempts, made an appointment for a Saturday and when I arrived they could not do it due to staffing. They now have a ONE star rating.
