Went in for an oil change today. They claim to take walk-ins but they are never available to do a walk-in. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me.
Honestly some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Scheduled my complementary Hyundai maintenance which they wouldn’t honor because the Westbrook location didn’t “claim” my last complimentary service. Told the lady with long black hair that I’d like to cancel my appointment so I could try and speak to the Westbrook location first and had my keys flung at me.
