Setup for mobile service for yesterday, no one show up and called at 5pm told me the tech was busy, so change appointment for today. Guess what, until 5pm and NO SHOW AGAIN !!
Updated 2025 - they try hard to up charge you for service that's not needed. What is happening nowadays? Original post- Ive been a customer since 1996 so that's gotta tell you something.
