Pros: confidence knowing you are working with Ford affiliated technicians (I think). Reasonably accommodating & friendly. Fairly efficient. Cons: cramped lot, not ideal & outdated. 3% charge to use credit card?? - Lazy Service advisors won’t even leave office to get your mileage and VIN.
I bought a 2023 Dodge Charger back in April of this year. My experience was great. I received a free oil change and free car wash card by mail in July. They open at 7am on Saturdays. Hours completely torched my Saturday because I didn't get here early enough.
When the tire shop says they fixed the screw in the tire and you get home to find the tire leaking and the screw still in the tire, you know that it's time to find a new place to get work done, AND to let everyone you know to avoid the place. This wasn't the first time with a problem here. Attached are pics before and after the "fix" . And yes I even have the message they left saying the truck was fixed. I'm not sure of the definition of "fixed" but it's not the same one I would use.
Purchased tires in Arkansas under the Ford Quick lane brand name after being reassured that services would be expanded to Georgia. I even have the guarantee paperwork that says free rotate and balance for life of the tire on the estimate when I first purchased the tires. Was refused free rotate and balance here at this location because they are not owned by the same dealership, even though my paperwork says otherwise.
