From the moment I arrived Stephanie Hilyer greeted me, was so friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to go over what options I had, she even went further to go over my last service & how many oil changes I had left according to the maintenance contract. I inquired to get an estimate for replacement wiper blades which she handle quickly but went above & beyond to research & found those too were covered. Not a great experience. I came in for 30k service before my warranty was up and asked if they'd do a visual inspection for anything out of the ordinary. In the end, I am pretty sure I didn't get the 30k service, just a very expensive "the works" oil change. The tires weren't rotated when they said they would be, and when I asked if any available pending software updates could be applied the service advisor said "that's a recall thing only." Really poor communication by the service advisor... seemed like other service advisor... read more
