Not a great experience. I came in for 30k service before my warranty was up and asked if they'd do a visual inspection for anything out of the ordinary. In the end, I am pretty sure I didn't get the 30k service, just a very expensive "the works" oil change. The tires weren't rotated when they said they would be, and when I asked if any available pending software updates could be applied the service advisor said "that's a recall thing only." Really poor communication by the service advisor... seemed like other service advisor... read more

I came in for an oil change. My service advisor was Frankie and I just wanted to say what a great customer experience it was for me. Great communication explained all my options. Let me know when he went to lunch and let me know when my vehicle is ready. Great job Frankie!
