The update to my vehicle's computer system was necessary because of a recall. The work was performed in the time that Rick in Service said it would take. It was a positive experience.
This is worst car buying exsperance I ever had and it was first time buying from a big car dealership they did me wrong sold me a truck with all kinds of stuff wrong I call and the say my warranty was out at 126000 miles and when I bought the truck it had 124 something thousand I replace plugs plug wires coil packs acculatorr shutter water pump two thermostat and few other things truck broke down every two weeks since I got it cost me my job my good credit and now I'm facing being put out

Melanie was amazing I was on the fence and she did not rush me she gave me pros and cons she allowed me time enough to sit with my choices to pick which vehicle I needed versus what I think I needed. I told her my budget and she worked to give me exactly what my family needed.
