I was charged $161.10 for an oil change and tire rotation on my F150. I have been taking my truck there for 10 years and have never paid that much. It was my fault for not checking the prices before I signed the work order....if I had, I would have left and went somewhere else.
I needed an appointment for a Saturday because of my work schedule. Brett was able to get me an appointment with him for exactly when I needed it. He was very patient and kind showing me several options for vehicles in my price range. He never pressured me and allowed me to take the time to make a decision about what I wanted. He was excellent!! I also had an amazing experience with JT after I purchased my Bronco.
