Waited and hour and a half... was told it would be 45mins! When I asked how much longer she said 2 more people ahead of you.... I left. After 23yrs of giving you my business I'm definitely finding another place!
Friendly staff, capable tech, professional services
I had to get my Ford battery replaced and they got me in the same day. The service was excellent - including testing the battery to confirm it was indeed the problem. I was out the door in about 30 minutes.
I had an appointment last week all the racks were full and I had another appointment, I was told to come back after my other appointment so I went on to my other appointment. While still on the other side of town I received a text message from Quick Lane saying all the electricity on that side of town was out. I returned the next Monday I called Quick Lane while I was eating lunch to let them know I was back in Santa Fe. I was told to come in and that I would be treated as an appointment. Turned away nicely at 4:35 pm that they couldn't sell me an oil change because they take 45-min to an hour. They close at 5:30 PM? Bays were empty. Must be raking it in..
