I've usually had good service here but the last 2 times were not. I'm sitting here right now waiting because they triple booked my appointment time! Grrrrrrr and it's freezing in here!. Last time they didn't even honor my appointment. I had to wait and wait. The present manager isn't doing a good job! And they have been imposing other repairs...all I want is an oil change.

This visit was for the regular maintenance on my car. As always, they did a thorough job of checking all areas. The squeaky brakes and troublesome wipers were replaced. My other questions were answered. The staff is always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I am always prepared for the time needed to do the work.

Called and asked if they could take a broken oil drain bolt out, they said yes. Showed up the next day and they said “we don’t do this service”.

I have used quick lane for years. Today, is the last day we'll use them. Disorganized, and many times more mechanics were shooting the breeze. There prices are also skyrocketing. Over $11. a gallon for DEF. I just want to suggest you go somewhere else. Anywhere else. You won't do worse and you could do better.
