Went there for an oil change. Hours are from 8-2 on Saturday. Arrived at 1:00 with one person waiting. I was told they couldn't do the oil change because they had no time. If the hours are from 8-2, and a customer arrives before 2, then that customer should be taken care of period. If a customer walks in at 1:59, then that customer should be taken care of period. 2:00 doesn't mean the time for the maintenance guys to go home, 2:00 means that you take care of customers up until 2:00.
