It’s just Lube lane. They need to take the “Quick” sign off the building. First of all Ford app said no appointment necessary, showed up yesterday and they told I need it an appointment. I scheduled it for the next day at 9:20. I waited over an hour and forty minutes for a simple oil change. The people at the service dept. were not very friendly. At least they have complimentary coffee, WiFi and comfortable chairs for the long wait. Guys at the auto parts are awesome. I give them 5 ⭐️
Long time customer. Took car in for an issue with the tire pressure sensor. They found other things that needed to be fixed but the original reason for going in remains unresolved. Manager did call back and is trying to make it right.
The Quick Lane is part of the local ford dealer.
