Got my brakes done. Parts department did good finding OE rotors for my old ass Shelby.
Service was good as always but Ford manufacturing is horrible. I recently had my car in for a replacement of a starter on a 2023 Ford Escape. Ford is building these cars with cheap parts. No way should a starter go out in a car within 2 years. Ford needs to do better or shut down. The problem is not with the dealerships unless they KNOW they’re selling malfunctioning vehicles, it’s FORD MANUFACTURING IN MICHIGAN that is the problem.
