I have taken my Ford vehicles to Ford with no issues for at least 10 years. But I had this exception. I. had my vehicle towed to interstate Ford service for overheating and battery and AC compressor locked up. Communication was very good. I think everybody wishes the prices would be lower, but they seemed acceptable. I received notice that my car was ready and I went to pick it up, before I left checked and everything seemed fixed to my expected. Condition.
