Came out to repair central AC on 95 degree day. Problem recurred and initially had trouble getting in touch, but ultimately followed up successfully.
Bad experience. Technician arrived and didn’t even bring any tools. He just pressed one button to reset the AC unit and said the AC was fine. AC Was working for like less than one hour and then the AC continued to have problems. Tried to call back but no reply to text messages and phone calls. Highly don’t recommend.
Technician was 2 hours late after providing a generous 3 hour window. I called support multiple times to chase for an ETA but was unable to get connected. Non-existent customer service. When he did finally arrive the following day, I was charged an exorbitant labor + travel fee. I found out after that they completely messed up the wiring, the screws, as well as placed the filters upside down. This is not a credible business. Please do not place a service request even if it’s an emergency.
