I called at 6:30pm to get a quote and book in for my bedroom window to be fixed. He booked me in for the following morning at 9am and was here on time. I live in an older house that had a glass panel that cracked in the heat. I called Danny who answered the phone, and once I sent some photos, he gave me a quote in less than 20mins. In addition I had an appointment made for it to be replaced within 48hrs (the pane had cracked not broken so not an emergency).
