Paul was great, fixed our issue really quickly and advised on what the problem was so we were more knowledgeable. Also assisted with a question later in the day where we’d accidentally turned it off so thought we’d broken it - fantastic service

Paul - professional, direct, clear communicator - quick to reply, efficient and flexible. It's a gamble out there trying to find the right, genuine, honest trade persn. Paul's your man. Wouldn't hesitate to contact him again in a new York second. Called one day, said he couldn't fit me in that day - would the next be OK? Sure! Arrived, parked, saw, fixed - checked another issue - fixed that too all the while explaining what was happening. Genuine nice fella.

Instructed Paul to carry out Landlord Gas Safety Certificate. I transferred the fee online for the Certificate. I used online money transfer. The money took 2 days but I sent evidence / confirmation funds had left my account. However, Paul ripped the LGSC and reported a void on the Gas Safe Register. I experienced a bandit. My funds were not refunded. Next step The Small Claims Court. All of this happened because of his unreasonable behaviour

Thank you Paul "once again" for fixing my toilet and shower in minutes yesterday. Punctual and professional and very reasonable rates. CANNOT ASK FOR MORE!! 6/6/23 Had Paul in again to change my radiators. He gave me sound advise and a very reasonable quote, completed to job to my satisfaction. Very neat and clean . I discovered that my central heating was coming on instead of the hot water. I self diagnosed that the 3 port motorised valve was at fault and ordered a replacement off the internet. However my plans to try and fix the problem myself were hijacked when my immersion tank also failed, before the replacement valve had arrived.
