My wife's car had a faulty electrical component/ceramic resonator on the speedometer dial's board. I found an article that mentioned replacing the defective ceramic resonator and the issue was resolved. I went in to the Quick Fix Plus on Murphy and Airport a few weeks ago and asked if they could replace it. The gentleman said , "Of course." So i finally got around to removing the speedometer dial and took it in. The same gentleman said give me about 30-45 mins. I left itthere at 12 pm and went to do some errands.
