Fixed my Galaxy s24 Ultra in 30 minutes. Called ahead and they confirmed they had the parts in stock to replace my broken screen. He even replaced my broken back glass and frame so it's like a brand new phone
If you operate in the customer service industry, professionalism and respect should be a priority. Unfortunately, this business falls short. The staff was rude and dismissive, showing little interest in answering even basic questions. This lack of courtesy and willingness to assist speaks volumes about how they would likely handle your device. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere—there are far better options for reliable and respectful phone repair services.
I went here to fix my phone yesterday and honestly I'm a satisfied customer. Definitely my tech guy from now on ,they fixed it within 30 mins .and the phone works like a charm .Definitely bringing in my second phone here to be fixed this week ,I highly recommend this place great prices too compared to other places
Don't go here, especially if you have insurance. My phone worked fine, but the screen cracked. I just wanted a quick fix without going through the hassle of getting a new phone. The guy replaced the screen, but my phone wouldn't come on. He insisted it was fine and wanted me to pay for it. Absolutely not! I had him put back on my Crack screen, and phone still doesn't work. I dont know what shady business they're running, but I'll deal with my insurance company or RepairAll on Pacific from now on.
