Got a flat and called for help. Dispatcher was responsive. After a deposit via money transfer we were told they would be there "soon" and when I asked for an eta the dispatcher would not be more specific on timing. At the end of the night it took 4 hours for their mobile team to show up! We sat at a petrol station for 3 hours until we gave up to go find someplace else to wait. The technician was friendly, helpful and completed the tire change within 30 min. Obviously expensive for an emergency change, £360.
