Shows local office, local truck with local number on the truck and when you call they say they don't have a location in hemphill tx and that they don't service the area

I believe in a fair pay for a fair amount of work. I would be very hesitant to use them again. Being told that the service call is $39 and when they assess the repair I'm told it's $229 for releasing the spring and setting the cable back on the pulley. Which is less than 30 minutes of work is absolute ridiculous. That hourly rate is more than what I pay my attorney. In my opinion this company is not reputable. Technician came out to a residential property I manage and called me to give me a quote to replace the two springs, 2 cables and rollers for $1000 ...I called BS on this ridiculous price and a supervisor called apologizing and said that first estimate was the commercial rate and would reduce it to $599. Which I agreed. After the work was done I came out next day to inspect and found not only did the garage not have 2 springs ( only 1) but the rollers were not replaced. I felt scam... read more
