I booked 9-11am timeframe and tech called to tell me he’d arrive between 10-11. I had a time commitment afterward and called to cancel when he didn’t show up by 11:20. He arrived at 11:30 and had the audacity to tell me “he told me between 10-11” when he was a half hour late. Don’t book with this company unless you have all day to sit around and wait for them to clean your carpets at their leisure.

This was my first time getting my carpets professionally cleaned, and I can’t stop showing the pictures to my friends and family! My original appointment was rescheduled, but Everett did a great job keeping in touch and made sure I got a spot quickly the following week. The team did an amazing job with the deep carpet cleaning—my rugs and couches look brand new. I’m excited to use this service again! My kids were thrilled to see their rooms looking so fresh and spotless!

I can't say enough good things about Quick Fix Carpet Cleaning and their wonderful team. We hadn’t had our wine-colored Berber rug cleaned in years, and it had some really big, dark, messy spots in the living room, mostly from our dogs and a few bleach stains near the laundry area. Leo and the crew came out the first time to steam and clean the carpet. They worked hard for hours, and after the rug dried, some of the tough spots returned. They did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets, better than any other service I've used before. The entire house was cleaned, and the price was estimated over the phone based on the size and condition of the carpets. They were flexible and scheduled the cleaning for Sunday, just as I asked. Three workers came and took care of everything without me having to worry. We had a sump pump backup in our basement, which left the whole area soaked. I called for carpet cleaning help, and they arrived quickly—within about an hour—to begin drying everything out. They took care of moving our furniture, thoroughly dried the carpets, and even worked directly with my insurance company for the claim. They also fixed some of our door frames.
