Our van broke down on the way to a funeral in Jacksboro TN and Summit stayed late to fix it. They saved the day. I would recommend them to anyone!
Zach and his team were amazing! Very informative, friendly and honest. Three very valuable qualities that are hard to find now days. I had a gas leak and it turned into a list of different things that needed to be fixed. Zac and his team did an amazing job and got me vehicle fixed and back on the road quickly! I would highly recommend!
I brought my car in a few hours before closing right before a holiday weekend. I got my rear brakes replaced and new spark plugs and had my car back the next day. I’m from NY and only in KY for school and know nothing about cars but he explained things really well, gave me a great price, and didn’t try to upsell me or get me to change my front breaks too. 10/10 would recommend! Zach was really great to work with, super fast, communicated the whole process and extremely reasonably priced. Called to have my truck looked at for a wheel barring on a Thursday, brought it in the next morning and by Saturday afternoon he had it fixed to pick up. Picked it up Monday morning and noticed the same sound with in a few miles. Called him back and he said to bring it right back. Zach was amazing to work with called him on Thursday dropped off on Friday had a call by Saturday! When we picked up the truck it was still making the same sound took it back the hub that he had just put in was bad he replaced it right away!!! When he test drove after he was still hearing a noise and investigated figured out it was the breaks and rotors got those replaced in a day and we are back on the road he also did extra and replaced the tail light bulbs!!!
