This is the worst service I've ever received. Simon is the repairman that came to my home to diagnose the problem. He asked for hundreds of dollars of deposit to order the part and secure a reservation for the repair. I paid Simon all the money and for the next 6 weeks he made me track him down just to get updates on when the part was coming in and when he would do the repair. Incredibly inconsiderate about their customers’ time. Give no updates on product they order for repairs. Been without an oven for 2 weeks. Been 30+ minutes late to each appointment with no call, apology, or explanation.
RecommendedIf they can't fix it, they tell you to keep using it till it is really broken. You pay one service charge up front...they are smart and don't waste your time.
I've had these gentlemen fix my refrigerator twice and I've been completely satisfied with their work on both occasions, their workmanship, their professionalism and their public relations are all of the highest quality. Excellent in all areas. Both times I was charged less than I had anticipated and the repairmen were polite and considerate. I give them the highest rating and endorse their work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs appliance repair work done. Five stars for sure.
They replaced the ice maker in our fridge in June and it is already leaking into the freezer. I called early yesterday to have them come out to fix it and was told they could make it "tomorrow between 11 and 2." I called at 3 to find out where they were and was told that they have me scheduled for tomorrow. If I can't trust them to make an appointment correctly, especially when I'm having trouble with a part they installed, then I'm not inclined to trust them to fix anything.
