I am extremely impressed with this gym! The trainers are phenomenal and really push me to limits that I didn’t think were possible! And I’m not gonna lie I can’t walk after a leg day, but I feel myself getting stronger each time I go! Absolutely love this gym! It's clean, well-equipped, and there's always enough space and classes to work out comfortably. The trainers are professional, friendly, and always helpful. It has a great atmosphere that keeps you motivated and consistent. Feels like a supportive small community. Highly recommend!

QF fitness has not only been putting me into shape, this club feels like a true family who care. Stephanie, the owner is a gem of life. Her smile lights up a room and she pushes me to my limit to keep me going. Every trainer in this facility is unbelievable. Izzy is another personal trainer who has been working with me and pushes me to reach my ultimate goal.
