These guys had me in and out with a safety inspection in under 15 minutes. The lobby isn't anything fancy, but I didn't have to wait long so it didn't really matter. My car failed due to some unknown damage from an accident I was in (lower ball joint). They made sure I understood what was wrong, and that they would re-inspect if I returned within 15 days for no additional fee. I have liked this place in the past. When it was on 47th, and the employees weren't put out when you did business with them. I had a simple transaction. I didn't need testing as my vehicle is registered in Summit County. All that was needed was a sticker. As soon as I walked in the guy behind the counter said... there no way I can test your vehicle now. Only 1 person in front of me and another walked in after me.
