I’m very disappointed with the recent moving service. I booked a three-man crew for an efficient move, but the experience was far from professional. One worker was frequently on his phone, they lacked basic tools, and brought an oversized truck that couldn’t be parked—despite my request for a smaller one. It took them 1.5 hours just to get started. Two movers constantly needed direction from their lead or me. There were several cigarette breaks, and I even saw one smoking inside the truck. We are very happy with the service provided by Quick & Easy Removals and storage this morning. We had just a small number of items to move from my late mother's unit to our home (two sofas, table and chairs, etc) and the two men who moved them did a great job. They were on time, efficient, polite, friendly and went above and beyond to help us out with a couple of things. They also communicated really well with us which I appreciated. Had an amazing experience with Quick & Easy. Moved interstate from SYD to BNE and the process was so smooth. Melinda, Jason and the team were great with communication and I felt at ease that everything was organised. The entire move ran on time and was the cheapest out there. Could not recommend anyone else! The team will go above and beyond to make sure you get the best service and all of my belongings were in perfect condition.
