Called and got a text back with potential times. Sent my address and a time slot I liked. They never called or showed up. Have not responded to texts or picked up the phone since.
Just ok. Carpets came out ok but an area rug didn’t look or smell clean at all. I reached out to see if they even cleaned it. They said they did but would come back to do it again. Never heard back. Edited to respond to their response: You must be responding to someone else as nothing was explained to me over the phone or any other means. Pet urine or feces was not an issue. They did a great job of cleaning our carpets in our condo building. In and out in a very short period of time with great results.
Had a great experience with a commercial floor cleaning job! All of these extreme dirty spots GONE…. Mr. Steamer was prompt, thorough, and priced right! Highly recommend! 5 star business
