Todd is very professional, skilled in what he does, and is just an overall great guy. I have used his services 4 times, mainly for carpet upkeep (light colored carpets) and to help with a few doggie accident stains. He has always responded to my texts super quickly, kindly, and has a quote did what I need in a very prompt manner. Todd was the only person who gave us an in-person a more accurate estimate. Others just asked a some questions. Todd was punctual and professional. This is low moisture except for stains which he will triple treat and take a little longer to dry. He only uses pet/kid friendly cleaning products. He was also thorough, and showed me all the dog fur he pulled up that our vacuum mixed. Well worth the price, and I would him and his company. Keep up the great work.
