Todd was the only person who gave us an in-person a more accurate estimate. Others just asked a some questions. Todd was punctual and professional. This is low moisture except for stains which he will triple treat and take a little longer to dry. He only uses pet/kid friendly cleaning products. He was also thorough, and showed me all the dog fur he pulled up that our vacuum mixed. Well worth the price, and I would him and his company. Keep up the great work.

Todd was extremely pleasant to when explaining the carpet cleaning process. He got the job done for me at a few different properties and every time the experience was the best!
