I was actually wondering if this company was still in business! I have left theee messages over a period of a week in an attempt to arrange upholstery cleaning and no one has had the courtesy to to reply.
I scheduled a carpet cleaning with Quick Dry for March 15th at 11:30am, and they completely failed to show up. I arrived on time and waited over an hour, but no one came. Despite my efforts to confirm the appointment a week in advance via email, I received no response. I also tried calling their telephone line multiple times, leaving voicemails, but not once did anyone pick up or respond. This level of unprofessionalism and irresponsibility is deeply disappointing. Abraham did a terrific job on our stairs and basement carpets! He cleaned them "as if it was my mother's house" and it shows. Shelley (who was the correspondent) and Abraham were both extremely professional, responsive and courteous, definitely one of the best local businesses in Ottawa and we highly recommend them! Excellent work. Brothers Abraham and Samuel are extremely polite, courteous and professional. Very timely and efficient work was done. Time was taken to thoroughly explain the cleaning process and how to best clean the carpeting.
