Our problem was really complicated. The person I spoke to on the phone was massively helpful and knowledgeable. We got an appointment 2 days later. The people that came were great, friendly and knew what they were doing. They did a clear report for the insurance company and took the necessary photos. I would highly recommend this company

Called out as blocked drain in back garden. He came next morning. Even got a text 20 mins before arrival so I knew he was coming. Very quick service. Very informative and gave good tips and gave us some advice on our drains. Free call out and too

Quick Drains answered my call to unblock the drain on the side of my house promptly. They checked in with me and kept me up to date with when they were coming to do the job. All in all, very efficient, and polite. I would definitely use them again.
