The front desk is extremely unfriendly and rude. Working for a place that deals with troubled people should be way more friendly and sympathetic. I'm not even the patient. Dealing with the front desk makes me want to seek counseling and gives me anxiety when I walk up to their windows. However my daughter sees a counselor here but not sure it's doing alot of good just yet and it's been about 8 months.
