There was no system for queuing so my queue got cut a couple of times because I gave my seat to elderly, not realising the seats were the only way of being "in the queue". Haircut was fine but I told the hairdresser to follow the layers I had in my hair (layered in the front and straight in the back) and she layered everything so I lost a lot of volume in my hair. I okayed my hair because I honestly just wanted to get out of the chair.
Haircut was fine, but the way they charge is not. I was charged $26 for a $25 fade cut, and when I asked why, they said it’s $1 extra for using a card. But there was no sign anywhere mentioning a card surcharge
