Andray is definitely a contractor I will never work with anymore. Bad attitude. Called to fix the heat pump. The diagnose cost $440, somehow I got charged $473. I asked why there is a difference. He said I never asked for the rate so I have to accept whatever price. Frankly, I don’t have any problem with paying the prices (both the diagnose fee and repair fee) but just curious why there is a difference between the invoice and the actual payment. I recently used Quick Cool Services for my AC installation and I have to say if you are looking for a professional that does a clean cooling / heating job service ,don’t look else where! Andrey and his team did an amazing job in a short time and I’m very happy with the results . I like people to be transparent with me and Andrey was very clear and direct with his advice and did provide options .
Andrey and his team were professional, reliable, and honest when installing AC at our home. They suggested a system that would meet my family’s needs and worked around our baby’s nap schedule, which was much appreciated. Exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend.
