We hired this contractor to install a Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump system in our two-story home with one outdoor unit and two indoor units. Andrey is knowledgeable, professional and patient, very pleasant to work with.
Andray is definitely a contractor I will never work with anymore. Bad attitude. Called to fix the heat pump. The diagnose cost $440, somehow I got charged $473. I asked why there is a difference. He said I never asked for the rate so I have to accept whatever price. Frankly, I don’t have any problem with paying the prices (both the diagnose fee and repair fee) but just curious why there is a difference between the invoice and the actual payment.
