Good clean inside, but the job wasn’t completed. Despite a solid interior clean, the cleaners left a full bin bag outside instead of disposing of it properly. It was ripped open by an animal, leaving the exterior in a complete state. Multiple neighbors contacted me about the mess. I had to travel back across the city the same day, from the east to the north, to clean it up myself, during an end-of-lease handover. Hired quick cleaners for a last minute end of lease cleaning. Although they were able to book in the cleaning a day before I handed over the keys they didn't do a good job even though we had vacuumed and cleared out the property. My oven wasn't cleaned properly and unfortunately as I was handing over the keys the next day the agent had no choice but to charge me $100.
