Love our splash n dash membership. But employees here always rude about our bar code being inside the door. Never had a complaint at any of the other locations. Not interested in moving the bar code into the windshield where it can ruin a tint.
Disappointed. Constantly down for repairs or maintenance. I have memberships for 2 cars and figured I missed 6-8 car washes in June. I asked management about a small compensation and they canceled my membership. Too much soap residue and water spots. Find another
My car did not come out clean after the wash cycle. I had washed it the day prior but wanted to remove some water spots and clean the tires a bit more. After the wash there were still hard water spots, lots of soap that was not rinsed properly, and dirt on the hood and windshield. No tire scrubbing, no pre-scrub, no final rinse, poor customer service ... Not worth $15 ... I will not return.
On May 15th in the afternoon a young man helped us at the car wash and he was more than energetic and more than friendly. He works hard. Wanted to tip him but I only had twenties on me. Give that guy a raise.
It's OK for a drive through. Wish my car came out a little cleaner.
