Car wash is decent, but if you try to cancel your monthly account they will refuse to talk on location and no one will respond to emails or phone calls. Do not do the monthly "deals".
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Their car wash damaged my new car. Literally when leaving track their machine jerked my car to the right, into the brick wall on the exit. Denting my hood and side of my new vehicle. Their washing device scratched a long line on my brand new car. Took off paint. When spoke to them they claimed no responsibility. Waiting for video they said would send me. They have cameras. Still waiting to receive video to share with my insurance company.
They are never open on time at 8. Half the time one of the brushes on the right side doesn’t work and they don’t get it fixed.
I'm changing my review of this place because I'm very disappointed on how downhill this place is going. I came in on May 24th at 4:50 pm. I had noticed the last couple of times that the passenger side brushes of the auto wash wasn't getting that side clean. I told the gentleman working this. He said sorry and informed me that some of the brushes on that side were not working. So I asked him if he could please be sure then to scrub that side good then.
