Brought my daughter to the clinic late on a Friday afternoon. They weren't busy so we were seen promptly. The attendant at the counter was friendly and helpful. The nurse and Dr. Zumbahlen were outstanding with my daughter. They made her feel very comfortable and explained things very well. I'm very glad that Newton has this clinic and our family will use it again when needed.
It's really irritating that they are never open when you need them. I went up today, which is June 28th and they are closed for the 4th. I would expect that for next Friday, but not this Friday. I love that it is a lot quicker than the ER, but when I need to get in, I can't because they're closed. However, the care they've provided me in the past was good.
