Extremely please with my visit to TOA. I showed up as a walk-in with an ankle injury and expected to wait a while but instead, I was seen quickly. Everyone was very nice. I would definitely go there again, if needed.
Every part of my experience was fantastic!!!
Unfriendly xray tech. Can only do one injury at a time. Dr was informative and thorough exam after expressing dissatisfaction with xray lady. Medical splint too big IMO, Dr. never came back to check splint fit. Xray tech couldn't be bothered with anything, doesn't like anyone questioning anything, asking questions everyone gets annoyed. Very poor experience overall.
I was a walk in with my foot. Kelly Motter and her team took wonderful care of me. I highly recommend going here to TOA in Sevierville.
