Torqued my knee up, hoped it would go away, next morning I could barely walk. I walked into this place at 8:15. Finished by 10:00. Filled out the obligatory paperwork. They took x-rays (no broken bones). They fit me up with a knee brace and shot a steroid into the knee. (Worked magic in a few hours!)
