I went in yesterday to get an appointment for an oil change. There was another customer waiting in front of me so I sat patiently waiting until the customer in front of me took way too long to go over the issues with his car. He proceeds to get an appointment the next day to replace his tire with a nail in it. I left when this customer started talking about fuel injectors and what other list of problems he had. I went in the next day and the same guy tells me I can't get in for in oil change until next week! C'mon man!
