Staff is rude every single time I have to talk to them whether it be on the phone or in person they are absolutely miserable. I’ve never once had a pleasant experience with any of the staff. Usually if you’re going in there you’re already not feeling good and they are always short and push off your concerns or make you feel like an idiot. And the attitude is ridiculous. I get jobs are hard but u sit behind a desk doing paperwork and answering phones. The least you could do is be polite about it. Or get a different job 🤷♀️
