here is Brittany response when I requested a 5 business day turnaround time and pointed out website says 48 hour turnaround, her reply here speaks for itself, That is for designs in stock. What you are looking for would be a new design set up. The turnaround time for that is different. Unfortunately we are not able to meet your deadline, especially with the holiday weekend upcoming. I just found someone else to do it in 48 hours

Wow, just wow. You can trust them to take care of you! Two years in a row now they have saved my bacon when I am pulling together an event last minute. This time I sent a bad file and didn't realize it until they called me back to fix everything and quietly and kindly pointed out MY mistake. But did they leave me hanging? NOPE!! They rushed them through to have them ready. They should rebrand as SuperHero Quick Badge and Sign Inc.
