Prompt service. But I was having my F150 towed for a transmission replacement. It wouldnt shift out of park and I did advise the tow driver. I requested he use skid plates under the rear wheels to pull it onto the flat bed as the rear wheels wouldn't turn. He didn't use them, and something snapped in the rear of the vehicle while he pulled it onto the flatbed. Now I have a knocking sound from the area around my rear differential. The repair shop is going to take a look at it. Dont really recommend this service.

We had a flat tire on a busy highway and they responded quickly, sending a blocker to help protect the tire changing and getting us back on the highway safely. Strong recommend.

My wife broke down at a very busy intersection in the middle of rush hour. Called a couple of tow companies and weren't unable to be there for 40 to 60 minutes. Called our local auto repair and they recommended Quick Assist Towing. They responded within 15 minutes and towed our vehicle to the destination of choice. Definitely have they're number for the future.
