I called to get prices but the manager is from some foreign country and could not understand anything I said. I asked how much does it cost to clean a sleeping bag .
Excellent! Great service and friendly workers! I always come here and recommend it for others. The clothes come back way cleaner than what i expected. It is also much better since none of the employees are allowed to smoke anymore. The new owners have really done a great job.
Picked up my sons Cub Scout uniform shirt today, the "Boy Scouts of America" lettering has about 6 letters missing. Noticed it when I picked up the short from the hanger they placed it on to take my money. I laid it on the counter pulled the plastic up looked at the letters, the lady behind the counter said "whoops, sorry" ..... Not a recommend place to go.
Twice we got back suit coats that did not belong to us. Twice we took back the coats that belonged to somebody else. Twice we ended up with half a suit because this company refused to replace our lost coats. Not only did they refuse to replace our coats, they basically suggested that we were in some way responsible for their losing our coats. They said that they could not be held responsible, and that their story would hold up in court! (We never mentioned court. We just want our suit coats.)
