Joke Stay Away Absolutely horrible service to work with. Gave a 3 hour window (which is fine took the after noon off from work)..... about 15 minutes after the window called main office, and was told they would get back to me, since the technician had not arrived for the repair. 5:45 called them since they didn't return my call after an hour. No customer service! Worst appliance store in Tallahassee, FL Went there twice and had bad customer service both times. They're unwilling to help you and act as if you are wasting their time. What they did not realize was both times I was looking to replace my washer/dryer both failed to even hint at a set for sale and both were hesitant to help. You should definitely check other stores before walking into this dump!

Great place to buy used appliances with good prices! We purchased an upright freezer from here & have been very pleased with it. The price was great & it has worked excellent!

never go there They only sell garbage at new prices, when I said fort hat price I could buy new, the salesman said that his "quality" is better (which comes with no warranty), he didn't stop to talk until I left the "store" (it's only a junk yard)

As is no warranty I bought a Fridge, payed cash. Was told it had 30 day warranty. Got it home, pluged in, waited 3 days, didn't work. Took back, Wayne Quick said his warranty was for exchange only. HuH? This was not told when I gave him cash. Buyer, Beware
