I was quoted for call out and service $230. They invoice and take money out at 11.20am but the technician didn’t arrive until 1pm. Cannot service as a part is required and needs to come back - ok I understand however invoice clearly states “ Charge for our technician to service your existing Unit.” But you haven’t serviced my unit. I call to request more explanation and ask how the full $230 is taken out of my account prior to anyone coming on site and having no services rendered and the person on the phone gets argumentativ... read more

Very disappointed - engineer did not turn up in time for original booking, and while I believe the original problem was addressed (too early to tell for sure), the walls were left with water stains, cleanup was average, and there was a real desire for the engineer to leave quickly as he had other jobs

Don't waste your time had a appointment for gas heater service didn't even show up called the office no response from customer service

On the 23th of December 2021 my partner called Quick Air to organise a technician to come and take a look at our AC unit as it was no longer cooling. A technician was sent out with a call out fee of $199. I was at home to meet him. The technician went onto the roof and opened up the unit and discovered it had run out of gas. He then explained to me that there was most likely a leak somewhere in the system. The leak would need to be found and fixed before the system could be regassed.
