Scheduled an for an estimate. Timeframe for the plumber to show up was between 7a and 10a. At 9a I called to confirm. I was informed that the plumber would call 30 minutes prior to arrival Dispatch was pleasant. At 10a, no call and no show from the plumber. Called the office, dispatch tried to make it right, but I refused; there are too many plumbers in the area to wait on someone that doesn't value my time. Especially since the job that I need done is a big one. Deserves 0 stars.
