Amazing customer service! Best hair cut I’ve ever had! She cut the perfect amount off. Great conversation. She was totally focused on me the entire time. Taught me so many things about my hair and products. Definitely going back for her blessed hands! I wish I could give her 10 stars!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This appointment was a disaster from start to finish. The stylist spent more time cursing, gossiping about her wedding vendors, and bad-mouthing clients than actually focusing on my hair. Completely unprofessional and downright trashy behavior. She overcharged me without prior explanation, then proceeded to cut off way more hair than agreed during a so-called “trim.” Not only that, but she used cheap, low-grade, non-professional products that left my natural 4C hair a tangled, matted mess... read more

Qui is super friendly and knowledgeable about natural hair. She worked well with my hair which was very tangled and badly needed a trim. I am going to recommend her to family and friends. Loved talking to her and I will be back again. Wish I could give her more stars!!!
