Questmark was hired for a total floor removal and concrete polish of my 10,000 sq/ft beauty academy. Questmark did a less than amateur job and cost us thousands of dollars in repairs and replacement of 'missing items.' They rushed through the job with no care or pride in their work what so ever. I contracted with Questmark to refinish about 60,000. sq. ft. of concrete flooring and their parent company for a 100,000. sq ft. roof. The original flooring job was to prep the floor and apply a 1 coat system. When completed the job was riddled with fish-eyes and particles embedded in the floor finish (chunks of concrete, screws, miscellaneous debris).
