We have been working with Quest Blue for over 10 years. 6 months ago I would have said they were our most reliable and trusted partner. Now, I would say they are our worst partner and are actively costing us clients. We are not sure what is happening as they no longer respond to queries, tickets sit stale for long periods of time, and no answers are ever provide for issues. Company was good a long time ago, now they forgot who helped them grow. They will shut off your account without any warning causing you to loose your customer's numbers and a lot of extra work. Don't use this garbage company or they will screw you!

Until QuestBlue came along, we had only toyed with the idea of offering VoIP solutions to our customers. And we have not been disappointed. The quality of the service has been great and when I do need to speak to someone, they are patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Kevin has built a great company, and QuestBlue is one of the companies that has earned our loyalty. I don't even entertain the competitors when they call.
