Until QuestBlue came along, we had only toyed with the idea of offering VoIP solutions to our customers. And we have not been disappointed. The quality of the service has been great and when I do need to speak to someone, they are patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Kevin has built a great company, and QuestBlue is one of the companies that has earned our loyalty. I don't even entertain the competitors when they call.
QuestBlue is absolutely wonderful. Out of all prior vendors we used for our needs, QB stands out by actually answering phones and emails close to real time. Actual people work here, not just bots with canned responses. We were very skeptical initially because we are not very large client to them, far from it but it don't matter whatever you spend $ or $$$$$, customer service remains committed. We went from using QB as failover only to primary provider for everything we do.

I have been using Quest Blue’s SIP Trunks for over two years. I was skeptical of making the change at first because they seemed too good to be true. I started by transferring a small volume of calls and within a few months had 100% of my SIP Trunks on the Quest Blue network. Customer Service is second to none, they have great, competitive pricing, and call quality is far better than previously used carriers.
