I do not feel safe with the new nurse practitioner, Audrey. Kia was fantastic and it is terrible that you could not find a way to keep her. If you want to know why I don’t feel safe with Audrey I can give you a list: prescribed wrong medication, could not recommend a spine specialist and asked me to call my insurance company for a recommendation, asked why my blood pressure was so high when her assistant took my blood pressure and it was normal. Would you feel safe?
Super poor staff personal! Poor service! Long waits! Cant find there own records! Don't waist your time rhere, go to Espanola or Taos. Plus you have to wait 3 months for appointment!
Worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. Been in pain for months. Finally was two days away from finally getting my tooth pulled. They called a cancelled. Now after another month. I am at the back of the line again. Another month away with no relief. Who is running this place

Worst place to go if you need any kind of help, there’s been three “doctors” since I’ve been going less than a year now, my first doctor was great than she left and things went down hill now the current cnp Audrey law has failed to fill my blood pressure medication going on three weeks now I’ve called twice and left a message and even went in and talk to the receptionist who both are always so unhappy looking poor ladies.
