Places like this are why zero star ratings are needed. These people are both incompetent and unwilling to do their job. There were so many problems I won’t even bother to list them. It’s enough to say I will never use them again and Quest as a brand should strongly consider shutting down this location. I expect a basic level of concern, care and problem solving at medical facilities. These people exhibited none of that. Use them at your own risk.
