Quest RV is a class act. Everyone I dealt with from my first phone call to Helen all the way to Ryan’s very thorough walk through of the RV right before we drove away were all extremely professional and helpful. They guided us every step of the way and answered all of our “dumb questions” without hesitation. We couldn’t have asked for a better 10 day vacation experience. Quest RV Customer service stinks! I took a travel trailer there to give it a once over and check everything out, they said it was $185. to do it. They kept the trailer for 8 days, I called them several times and they said they were not done with it yet,and my last call to them,they said they were busy and for me to call back later! We went there to get the trailer and the $185 turned into $315. They gave me a list of 6 things wrong with the trailer, $143 in parts,and $840 in labor(Gee what a Deal!) On June 24, 2011 I rented a motorhome from Quest RV Rental in Rockwall for a week long out of state vacation. Within 24 hours I discovered several defects with the motorhome (non-functional kitchen exhaust fan, fresh water system valves that were inoperable, and an A/C unit that froze up several times a day), but none of those problems kept me from using the motorhome. Our trip in a RV from Quest was the best family vacation we've ever had! The motorhome was amazing, so much nicer than anything we found available from other rental companies, and without any hideous advertising all over the outside. The customer service was also great. If we had any problems or questions when we were traveling (even if it was as stupid as not being able to figure out how to work the microwave), we could call day or night and someone would help us out. What a great experience!
